Terms and Conditions

By completing the purchase of a ticket to an event organized and hosted by Austin Pubcrawl LLC or participating in any event organized and hosted by Austin Pubcrawl LLC, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and have accepted them without restriction.

If you are purchasing a ticket on behalf of a participant, acceptance of the Terms and Conditions transfer to the participant. Additionally, participation in any event organized and hosted by Austin Pubcrawl LLC is an explicit agreement to the following Terms and Conditions.

All tickets must be purchased online. Tickets are to be redeemed for a wristband at the starting venue by providing proof of purchase before you can participate in any event organized and hosted by Austin Pubcrawl LLC. Only tickets purchased online are eligible for a refund.

Austin Pubcrawl LLC’s tickets and wristbands are a revocable license which may be withdrawn and admission refused any time and for any reason. The refund of the full or partial purchase price (less non-refundable fees), if eligible, shall constitute the total damages and compensation to the wristband/ticket holder if they meet the refund criteria.

Wristbands must be worn at all times during the the event. Wristbands are non-transferable, non-resellable, and become invalid upon transfer or resale. Tampering with or breaking the wristband renders them invalid.

All participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being before, during, and after the event organized and hosted by Austin Pubcrawl LLC. Austin Pubcrawl LLC will use best efforts to ensure participants safety during the event. However, Austin Pubcrawl LLC cannot mitigate every eventuality and as such, events organized and hosted by Austin Pubcrawl LLC involve an element of possible risk. All participants acknowledge these risks and attend these events of their own accord and solely at their own risk. Thus, all participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Austin Pubcrawl LLC (its employees, directors, suppliers, agents, contractors, partners, distributors, representatives, third-party vendors, etc.) in its entirety against any claims of damages, including, but not limited to, fines, fees, loss/damage of property, ill health, injury, or death as a result of participating in an event organized and hosted by Austin Pubcrawl LLC.

Austin Pubcrawl LLC events include opportunities for participants to consume alcohol at their own discretion. Austin Pubcrawl LLC urges all participants to drink responsibly and cannot accept any responsibility or liability if participants drink excessively resulting in damages, including, but not limited to, fines, fees, loss/damage of property, ill health, injury, or death. The holder of the ticket or wristband voluntarily assumes all risk, danger, or any and all hazards arising from or related to the event for which the ticket or wristband is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event.

Austin Pubcrawl LLC may facilitate transportation via a third-party vendor during the pub crawl. Participants can decide to make use of the transportation at their own discretion. Use of the transportation is not required to participate in a pub crawl. Austin Pubcrawl LLC cannot accept any responsibility or liability of damages, including, but not limited to, fines, fees, loss/damage of property, ill health, injury, or death due to use of the transportation facilitated. The holder of the ticket or wristband voluntarily assumes all risk, danger, or any and all hazards arising from or related to the event for which the ticket or wristband is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. No refunds or reimbursements will be provided to participants who decline the use of the transportation or find another means of transportation.

All participants should be aware of their own physical or mental limitations before attending an event. People with medical conditions or who are pregnant are strongly advised not to participate in Austin Pubcrawl LLC events and must inform Austin Pubcrawl LLC of the full nature of their condition, illness, or disability where participation could affect their condition prior to participating. Austin Pubcrawl LLC cannot accept any responsibility or liability if participants decide to participate in an event organized and hosted by Austin Pubcrawl LLC despite having a prior condition, illness, or disability upon which participation could result in damages, including, but not limited to, fines, fees, loss/damage of property, ill health, injury, or death.

All Austin Pubcrawl LLC participants must be at least 21 years old. Only official government identification will be accepted as proof of age which includes: passports, driver’s license, etc. Unacceptable identification includes photocopies, student IDs and other non-government issued identification. Refusal by the venue (including bars and clubs) due to issues with proof of age will not be refunded.

Cancellations must be made at least 1 day before the start of the event to be eligible for a partial or full refund (less non-refundable fees).

All participants are responsible for contacting Austin Pubcrawl LLC if they are late to or cannot find the event organized and hosted by Austin Pubcrawl LLC. Austin Pubcrawl LLC’s contact information is visible on the website and on the confirmation email. We will use best efforts to respond if a participant attempts to contact us; however, Austin Pubcrawl LLC will not be held liable if a participant misses the event due to circumstances including, but not limited to, navigation issues, tardiness, miscommunication, or no/bad phone signal.

Austin Pubcrawl LLC reserves the right to change or modify events without notice, including, but not limited to, venues and routes, transportation, or start and end time. In the event of a change, Austin Pubcrawl LLC will use best efforts to notify the participants in advance, but accepts no liability for changes.

Austin Pubcrawl LLC events run rain or shine. Participants are encouraged to check the weather prior to attending and dress/prepare accordingly. Austin Pubcrawl LLC cannot accept any responsibility or liability if participants are affected by the weather resulting in damages, including, but not limited to, fines, fees, loss/damage of property, ill health, injury, or death. If inclement weather or other acts beyond our control prevent us from safely running the event, we will use best efforts to notify the participants in advance and provide a full refund (including the non-refundable fees).

Insurance: Participants, along with their personal property, attending an Austin Pubcrawl LLC event are at all times at their own risk. Participants are wholly responsible for arranging their own insurance. Participants making their own arrangements should ensure there are no exclusion clauses that limit their protection for activities while participating in an Austin Pubcrawl LLC event.

Austin Pubcrawl LLC accepts no liability for participant’s behavior and reserves the right to refuse entry or remove from events, at any time, anyone who is, including, but not limited to, a hazard, drunk, disorderly, aggressive, abusive, or discriminatory. In the event of refusal or removal, Austin Pubcrawl LLC will not refund ticket prices or cover any additional costs incurred by participants as a result.

The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Austin Pubcrawl LLC (its employees, directors, suppliers, agents, contractors, partners, distributors, representatives, third-party vendors, etc.) in its entirety, against any third-party claims as a result of the participant’s behavior and actions, or circumstances arising from, or related to, participation in an Austin Pubcrawl LLC event. Any damages or loss due to participation in an Austin Pubcrawl LLC event is solely the participant’s responsibility.

All venues (including bars and clubs), attended by Austin Pubcrawl LLC reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants from venues for any reason including, but not limited to, creating a hazard, being drunk, disorderly, aggressive, abusive, or discriminatory. Austin Pubcrawl LLC accepts no liability in the event of refusal or removal and will not refund ticket prices in such an event.

All third-party transportation (including limos), facilitated by Austin Pubcrawl LLC reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants from vehicles for any reason including, but not limited to, creating a hazard, being drunk, disorderly, aggressive, abusive, or discriminatory. Austin Pubcrawl LLC accepts no liability in the event of refusal or removal and will not refund ticket prices in such an event.

During any of our events, your photograph/video may be taken. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you are granting permission to Austin Pubcrawl LLC, participating venues, third-party vendors, and sponsors to utilize your image or likeness, transmission or reproduction, in whole or in part, for the event for which you are participating. However, you have the right to ask for that photo/video not be placed on the Austin Pubcrawl LLC website and our social media accounts. The requests will be reviewed and appropriate actions will be taken.
