How do I purchase a ticket?
We are a cashless company. All tickets must be purchased online. Please have your Eventbrite ticket QR code ready to scan.
What if there's bad weather?
Pub crawls run rain or shine. We encourage you to check the weather prior to attending and dress/prepare accordingly. If inclement weather or other acts beyond our control prevent us from safely running the event, we will use best efforts to notify the participants in advance and provide 100% refund (including the Eventbrite fees).
What if I'm late?
No problem. Just text/call or email us at +1-512-688-6615 or austinpubcrawl.atx@gmail.com to let us know you will be late and we will let you know where to meet us. No refunds will be provided to latecomers or no shows.
What if I can no longer attend? What is your refund policy?
Eventbrite fees are non-refundable. Please consider carefully before purchase. We will not refund Eventbrite fees. 100% refund (less Eventbrite fees) available 7 days prior to event start. 50% refund (less Eventbrite fees) available 1 day prior to event start. No refunds will be provided to latecomers or no shows.
Do I have to be at least 21 years old to attend?
Yes. You MUST be at least 21 years old with a valid government issued ID (driver license, passport, etc.) to go on the pub crawl. We will not refund your ticket if you cannot enter a bar due to issues with your ID. Other than that, whether you just turned 21 or 81, you are welcome to attend.
Is there a dress code?
No (for the most part). Austin is a pretty laid back place. Jeans or shorts, blazer or T-shirt, dress shoes or flip-flops, and everything in between. Wear what you would wear to go drinking with friends. Be yourself and have fun, though clothes are necessary to go on the pub crawl.
How do I get to the pub crawl?
We recommend you take a ride share or taxi to and from pub crawls. Pub crawl starting locations listed on each pub crawl. Don't hesitate to text, call, or email us if you have any questions.
What if I drink too much?
We understand that this can happen when you are having so much fun. However, making sure you get home safely is one of our top priorities. If a bar kicks you out or prevents you from entering because you are too intoxicated, we will try our best to help you call a ride back home. Having your night end early is better than going to jail or worse. No refunds will be provided if you have to end your night early.
Is there cover?
No (for the most part). Bars in Austin usually do not charge cover unless there’s a special event or on holidays.
